You will require the following for registration of a new Private Company:

1. Names, addresses and contact details of all directors.
2. Certified copies of all director's identity documents.
3. 4 Possible names for the new company.

On completion of the order, you will receive, via e-mail the application form and instructions how to complete and where to email the supporting documents.

Once received, we will register the new company and supply you, within three days:

1. Notice of Incorporation - COR 14.1
2. Details of Registered Directors - COR 14.1A
3. Registration Certificate - COR 14.3
4. Memorandum of Incorporation - COR15.1A
