The Companies Act requires that your company details are kept up to date with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission, or CIPC. This is captured in your company's INCORPORATION DOCUMENTS.

The Incorporation Documents you will receive, for your company, include:

1. Notice of Incorporation - COR 14.1
2. Details of Registered Directors - COR 14.1A
3. Registration Certificate - COR 14.3
4. Memorandum of Incorporation - COR15.1A

You will need your company's registration number. (Example 2007/123456/07)
